advanced technology. Main electrical components are foreign top-quality products. The feed cylinder and the screw of extruder are especially processed by 38 CrMoALA top quality steel material. The cold and hot water tanks are also made of top-qualitystainless steel. The 7-roller draw machine is gearbox style. The drawing and shaping of monofilament are all equipped with foreign advanced level. With the advantgaes of rapid speed, high production, low energy consumption, good quality of monofilament shaping, the machine has compact structure,easy operation and being safe and reliable.
This machine can be widely used for manufacture all kinds of round yarn with the materals of thermoplastics, such as polypropylene(PP), high density polyester(HDPE), polyester chip(PET),nylon (PA6, PA66)etc. And also the machine is mainly used for manufacturing of zipper monofilament,industry mesh fibre, polyester tyre cord, fishing net monofilament, nylon fishing line, gill net monofilament,safeguard net monofilament, sporting net monofilament, sunshade net monofilament and filter net monofilament,etc.

We will finish installation and training within 15 days.

You should charge for the cost of our engineer's air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 80USD one day per person.
4. How long is your machine's warranty period?
All our machine has one year guarantee for electricity parts and two years guarantee for mechanism, starting from finished installation.
5. How could you do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date
6. How could you do after one year warranty period?
We also can-do service for you, but you need pay salary for our technicians 80USD/day for each person.
7. What is your terms of payment ?
30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
